Labyrinths are ancient patterns that are enjoying a resurgence of popularity not only as tools for walking meditation but also for supporting our life journeys. As archetypes for peace and transformation the single path to and from the center literally helps you find your center and become centered. Never being able to sit still and quiet my mind as traditional meditative techniques suggest, walking meditation seemed tailor made for me activating my curiosity. Little did I know what a powerful tool it would be for me on many levels, including how the labyrinth metaphorically mirrors my life and life patterns.

Everyone knows we are experiencing the most challenging times in decades. The gut wrenching fear that has spread like wildfire throughout the world grips us into flailing – rushing in many directions to quell the fear and “make something happen”. As we’ve seen, security, power, prosperity and safety are only possible through our internal connection to our light, to the God/Goddess within, to Spirit.
